Job description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the Fintech and Transformation program to ensure the delivery of project initiatives and results within approved budget, scope and schedule. This role also acts as a facilitator to Business Units and Supporting Units on identification of new Fintech and Transformation initiatives.

Responsible for supporting the Fintech and Transformation program to ensure the delivery of project initiatives and results within approved budget, scope and schedule. This role also acts as a facilitator to Business Units and Supporting Units on identification of new Fintech and Transformation initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units, supporting units and IT teams to support and deliver Fintech and transformation initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Manage the implementation and execution of new and existing business initiatives that have system development / enhancement needs
- Provide expertise to ensure that key business improvement transformation projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Work closely with business users to identify automation opportunities by proposing technical solutions and process streamline approaches, and assist them to evaluate and justify project benefit
- Translate business requirements and processes into technical solutions design that leverage process automation technologies
- Design and develop automation programs following the Bank’s SDLC process, including system development, testing, prepare program specifications and documentations
- Provide technical support and training to business users as required to resolve problems
- Promote new thinking, creative solutions and ways of working to address issues and mitigate risks
- Continuously support the Bank for driving customer centricity, process excellence, and resources optimization that align with the Bank’s strategy
Incumbent Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management or RPA development
- Solid project management and stakeholder management skills
- Liaise with IT and solution vendors for the project development according to the user requirements and schedule
- Proficient in programming languages such as VB.Net, C#. Prior experience in developing automation solutions using leading robotics tools (such as UiPath) in market would be a distinct advantage
- Experience in functional and technical specifications documentation, systems design, system test and user acceptance test support and execution
- Strong sense to identify risk and issues, and ability to work to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to define problem, collect data, fact finding and draw conclusion
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
