Job description
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Deskside Management Services (DMS) team to address technology-related issues for VIP users, including MS Windows workstation, MS Office, MS Teams, anti-virus, EDR/XDR, MDM, Mobile Apps, Virtual Patching, Encryption, OS patch/update, printing, Webex/MS Teams.
• Execute regular technology tasks such as generating reports, performing technical setups, conducting reviews, optimizing sizing, updating/upgrading systems, providing performance reports, and reviewing permissions for various end user systems.
• Engage in communication with vendors regarding product updates, life cycle management, pricing, ordering, delivery, and charging back to user departments.
• Collaborate with other deskside and endpoint team members on tasks related to Anti-Virus, DLP, APT, encryption, and virtual patching.
• Prepare documentation, including baseline documents, operation guidelines, and standard forms.
• Assist the manager in evaluating technologies such as new hardware/services, MS O365/M365, and Sharepoint.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Systems or a related field
• At last 4 years of experience providing VIP support on endpoint technologies in an environment with approximately 30 users.
• Possess excellent communication (fluent in spoken Cantonese/English and written English) and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong teamwork abilities
• Possess a good understanding of endpoint technologies, such as MS Windows workstation, MS Office, O365/M365, and MDM.
• Be willing to work off-hours on demand.
• Good to have previous working experience in local banks/ ITIL certification/ Cyber Security training with CISSP/CISA certification.
