A leading local financial services group offering diversified banking services in Hong Kong. They are looking for (Assistant) System Development Manager to expand their credit card teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with different teams and formulate relevant technology solutions to meet business requirements
• Provide support to the production system
• Prepare technical testing, functional specification and production manuals
• Conduct programming, testing and debugging
• Cooperate with different stakeholders of the project team including vendors and Business Analysts to deliver and implement the technology solutions effectively 

 
Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience including experience in applications design and development using Java or SQL
• Possess knowledge in the software development methodology, such as Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in Production Support is preferrable
• Be able to work both independently and as a team and meet tight deadline
• Strong communication skills
