Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to determine the priority of business needs and requirements.
Take ownership of understanding business needs and requirements and propose technical solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure that the implementation and design align with the business requirements.
Develop a roadmap for system changes based on predefined business initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
Create user stories and documentation for business requirements.
Consult and develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and plans, and lead the execution of UAT to ensure the deliverables meet the business needs and quality standards.
Plan and provide operational support for rollout, including user training, user manuals, and post-implementation assistance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the system, providing first-line support to internal and external users.
Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates and team members.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Information Systems or related discipline.
At least 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
Experience in supporting end-to-end system change delivery and providing front-line support for systems.
Knowledge of general insurance (GI) products and insurance operations.
Ability to independently lead business analysis activities.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to work closely with business users, internal teams, and external vendors.
Self-motivated and quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prefer to have experience in B2B and B2C platforms and Agile methodology.
