Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced FinTech Sales Manager responsible for selling our FinTech products in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, as well as developing partnerships within the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and strong business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's annual sales targets.
• Manage and expand client relationships, including financial institutions, to promote our FinTech products.
• Develop and maintain partnerships within the FinTech industry to jointly explore market opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions, including products such as user digital authentication, digital risk control, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure customer needs are met and timely market feedback is provided.
• Monitor market dynamics, conduct competitor analysis, and track industry trends to support sales strategies with data.
• Prepare sales reports, including customer feedback, sales forecasts, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing best practices and market insights with other sales team members.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of sales and business development experience in the FinTech or related fields.
• Familiarity with the financial markets and banking industry in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
• Results-oriented, able to identify and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer management abilities.
• Capable of working independently while being a good team player.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
