Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Channel Sales/Partnership to lead our efforts in establishing and expanding partnership channels across Hong Kong. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and educational organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development: Identify, establish, and cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, schools, and educational organizations to promote our K-12 programs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets through channel partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the education sector in Hong Kong.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring partners are aligned with our vision and objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to partners, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively promote our programs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing feedback and insights to optimize sales efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnership management within the education sector; preferably a master of K12 or below education landscape
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the age-below-K12 education landscape and the needs of families seeking overseas education.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English;
