Our client is one of the largest insurance companies in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Product Owner to expand theeir technical team. 



Job Description
 
Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high-quality digital product to achieve the expected business benefits and outcomes.
• Partner with the various stakeholders to drive the digital product roadmap and guide the scrum team in executing prioritized features.
• Collaborate with the business and Digital & Technology to address capability gaps and deliver value to the business.
• Continuously monitor and analyze digital product satisfaction, usage, and adoption. Iterate on the digital product to align it with company and department objectives and key results (OKRs).

Requirement:

Prefer to have below experience:  

• Digital product/app management, feature prioritisation.
• Experience driving as a product manager/product owner for 1 or more products
• Financial Service experience – banking or insurance. (Retail experience depends on the area focused) 
• Proactive, driven, curious, agile to change and eager to learn with humble attitude 
• Able to work with, drive initiatives and navigate through with various stakeholders.
