Responsibilities

• Supervise a business analysis team and testers to deliver a high-value life insurance system migration project 
• Liaise with users to gather and analyse requirements, build test cases, manage vendor and conduct tests
• Prepare users requirement on new products and system enhancement function
• Oversee the whole projects (e.g., writing requirement documents, providing status updates, gathering feedback from stakeholders, managing system rollout, etc.)
• Serve as a liaison between users and the development team, coordinating resource allocation and task scheduling


Requirements:
• Degree holder of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• More than 5 years of relevant experience; including experience in the Insurance industry
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Knowledge of insurance systems/ insurance product features/ operation flows
• Solid experience in business analysis, planning, coordination and execution in project environment
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
