Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of system analysts and developers to fulfill projects according to bank standards.
• Supervise the execution and consultation of extensive system projects.
• Monitor project implementation and handle constraints related to scope, cost, resources, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Manage system development vendors.
• Oversee major project activities and rollout plans.
• Facilitate communication between business units and system vendors to address and resolve development and quality assurance issues.
• Evaluate software and hardware products.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards established by regulators and the Bank, and perform duties with integrity.
• Follow established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks in daily work.

Requirements:

• Possess a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system implementation or IT project management, preferably in the banking/finance industry.
• Proficient in Java, Oracle, AIX/Unix/Linux.
• Have practical experience in managing and maintaining large-scale critical systems.
• Have a solid understanding of the Agile Project Management Model and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Have experience and knowledge in stock trading (mandatory).
• Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, presentation, and report writing skills.
• Be a collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent written and oral proficiency in English and Chinese.
