Vice President -- Project Management & Business Analyst
Job description
DUTIES
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project planning, project management and vendor management
- Provide technical advisory, support, upgrade, manage, documentation, review, testing, design and analyze for applications;
- Understand and review of user group operations workflows, advise and plan business analysis activities;
- Assist users in performing user acceptance test (UAT) and coordinate with production roll-out;
- Assist cross Division and Functional teams in identifying business needs and defining project scope and approaches;
- Supporting application and improving their availability in both production and BCP
- Monitoring and check if any improvement on security, operational, technical advice
- Proactive, independent, multi-tasked and able to meet tight deadline;
QUALIFICATIONS
- University or above or equivalent professional qualification
- Generally, with around 5 years of relevant work experience and Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferable in financial industry;
- Good professional training background
- Experience in Project Management / Process Analysis / Business Flow Design;
- Experience in complex and interdependent projects as well as continuous improvement methodologies, techniques, tools and controls;
- With a good practical skills in this position
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong team spirit
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good language skills, English & Chinese (esp. Putonghua)
