Job Overview

We are looking for a Head of Platform to lead and grow our digital banking platform. This role is critical to delivering a seamless, secure, and innovative digital experience for our customers. You will lead the development of our mobile app, website, APIs, and data tools, ensuring they meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards.

You'll drive the platform strategy, manage the product roadmap, and oversee the delivery of digital features that power our virtual bank.

Key Responsibilities

Set the digital banking strategy and roadmap for mobile, web, and digital channels.
Lead product planning and delivery for all digital banking features and platform improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams (tech, risk, operations, compliance, design, marketing) to deliver integrated solutions.
Ensure customer-centric design by using data, feedback, and market research to guide decisions.
Track project progress, risks, and budgets, and ensure timely launches.
Oversee digital compliance, security, and governance across all platform initiatives.
Drive innovation by keeping up with the latest digital banking trends and technologies.
Promote agile ways of working and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or platform leadership roles.
Proven success in leading digital products, especially mobile and online banking platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, mobile apps, and core banking technologies.
Experience working in regulated environments with a solid understanding of banking compliance and risk.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; comfortable working with data and KPIs.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
