We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our payment company based in Hong Kong. As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be the sole HR representative responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a positive work culture.

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be the sole HR representative responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with all employee-related statutory requirements, such as employment contracts, work permits, and visas.
- Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, leaves, and attendance.
- Coordinate and conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Oversee payroll administration, including salary calculations, tax filings, and benefits administration, in collaboration with external service providers or software systems.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws, regulations, and employment practices, and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes to HR policies and practices.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing health and safety policies and practices in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and employee communications.
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, propose solutions, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Mandarin is a must to have.
