Duties
Technical support to end users on incidents and problems related to hardware and software;
Monitoring and troubleshoot virtual server environments;
Assist in lifecycle management tasks including patching;
Perform profile user account administration duties;
Asset management and inventory;
Physical and virtual desktop and laptop installation and change.

Requirements
Higher Diploma in IT or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support.
Proficiency in general IT support practices.
Good command of English and Chinese.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
