As a BD Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the Cryptocurrency Exchange in Korea. Your responsibilities will include working towards driving platform growth via user onboarding and acquisition, partnerships, industry networking and relationship development. You will be responsible for expanding our user base, fostering strategic relationships, and driving business opportunities to propel our Exchange's success.

Role Overview

• Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities, projects and other potential partners to promote the Cryptocurrency Exchange in the Korean market to achieve user and trading volume growth.
• As a representative of the Cryptocurrency Exchange, to maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation
• Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyse channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
• Keep abreast of local industry developments, trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions
• Proactively reach out to retail and institutional traders, educate them about our platform's features and benefits, and onboard them as users.

Requirements

• University graduate, background in business development or marketing in Crypto/Fintech industry is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• In depth knowledge of affiliate marketing in the industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry
• Work well under pressure, strong in execution
