We have a current opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Manager on a permanent basis. The position will manage IT vendors to deliver IT Infrastructure projects and support. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring that contracts are fulfilled and service levels are met. Negotiate contracts and monitor performance against agreed-upon KPIs.
• Coordinate with outsourced resources and teams to ensure seamless integration and support of IT operations.
• Ensure that all infrastructure components comply with industry regulations and company policies regarding security and data protection.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal operation and plan for future growth.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Assist in the preparation and management of the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on managing outsourced teams and vendor relationships.
• Experience in the insurance industry or finance industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects, utilizing project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving objectives.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
