Responsibilities

• Advocate for users by conducting research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure a seamless product development process.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring that all UI/UX designs are high-quality, intuitive, and consistent with brand standards.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior and product performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or UI/UX design, preferably in a tech environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
