Job Description:

• 7 to 10 years' experience as a hands-on Figma designer
• Ability to create and maintain design system in Figma
• Hands-on knowledge on creating web application designs for internal users (non-public facing)
• Excellent English speaking skills, Cantonese is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage 1-2 member designers at offshore, if required
• Life insurance knowledge is preferred
